Future light duty blast chiller and freezer cabinets are designed for professional kitchens having a need for blast chilling or freezing a small amount of food.
These light duty process cabinets are equipped with the more efficient refrigeration system enabling them to perform blast chilling and freezing.
Porkka cabinets are designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. All major internal components are easy to remove without tools to be placed into a dishwasher. No harmful detergents are needed.
Exterior has a choice of stainless steel AISI 304 or white polyester coated sheet steel. The internal surfaces are produced from AISI 304 grade stainless steel.
Storage temperature can be set +1…+12 ºC. The blast process is controlled by a timer.
